Gift Return Policy:
Mazel tov on receiving your gift item!
Most gift items can be returned in store without a gift receipt- for store credit.
Although we ask that you return within 21 days, we understand that “life happens” and sometimes things take longer.
Clothing items are seasonal and may be final sale.
The easiest way to return or exchange an item is in store.
We do not provide return labels or pick-up service. Yes we are nice, but not that nice :)
Exchange for size is welcome in store.
Returns for non-gift items:
If you choose to ship back your order, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in brand new resalable condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards cannot be returned - they are saved in store on your account.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
